This week, the stunning and Couture-loving Sheikha Mozah of Qatar is visiting Japan on a semi-official visit as the chairperson for Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development, a title she has held since 1995. The sheikha has a very high profile in her nation's society and actively involved in Qatar's government. Just last year, her husband, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani of Qatar surprised the entire nation and decided to abdicate to his son Tamin bin Hamad Al Thani.
