Back in September, I was invited by KTLA to give my "Red Carpet Commentary" for the 2020 Emmy Awards for their "Countdown To The Emmys" Pre-Show as the FIDM Fashion Design Co-Chair. You may remember that because of the pandemic, most of these Award Shows changed to be "Remote" and/or Virtual; in other words, there was actually to be no traditional Red Carpet but...the stars were still asked to "Dress Up" or look at least, slightly "Glam". So I was tasked to give my predictions to what some of the stars would wear, even though it would be on ZOOM...

I brought three of my top favorite models wearing my NIKOLAKI gowns to show some examples of what starts might wear, during this new "Remote"/ZOOM Emmy Awards. I chose "Trends" such as "Color", "Interest at the Top" (because of ZOOM), "Full-on Glam", and because of the run-up to the elections, "Making a (political) Statement" (with fashion)...
