if your interested in sharing pageant videos, let me know. i have lots of miss universe's (some in the 60's, 70's, 80, 84, 86-present), some miss worlds, a couple of miss internationals, and many others. i haven't run into that many people who love it as much as i do. i would love to hear miss venezuela stories. when you said your sister was a former miss venezuela and i read that you have designed something for sushmita, i started to think you were either minorka's or denyse's brother. LOL. hope to hear from you. between pageants, fidm, sasha cohen and fishtail skirts, we have lots to talk about. email me at happypasadena@hotmail.com

I think someone needs to give Michael Kors a dictionary and read the definition of "vulgar" to him as it certainly doesn't apply to any of your designs. He's insane.

Your leaf dress was...amazing. I hope you make it to Fashion Week!!

Nick, you are an amazing designer. You are my favorite on Project Runway. I live in Canada and the episodes are behind the States. I just saw the episode with Nicki Hilton. I loved the dress you made for her.

Good luck Nick! I hope you make it to fashion week because you deserve to be the winner!

I LOVE YOU NICK! You're so talented and I heard a rumor you're not in the Top 3 but that cannot be true! You're too talented!

NICK! I just watched the designer makeover challenge, and I am SO LIVID that they picked Santino over you. That is a huge mistake on their part. You are so talented, and I hope to be able to buy your line one day!

Much love,

oh, Nick... I just died a little inside & cried a lot on the outside. You are still my favorite!!!

Anonymous said...

Aw! I was so upset after seeing you get kicked off tonight. Honestly, I think you should have stayed.
Your stuff is awesome and you'll become big either way.

Anonymous said...

Nick
You were my favorite designer from the first show. Project Runway just won't be as good as it was without you. I wish you the best and I know you'll go far!

Anonymous said...

I'm just stunned that Santino was picked over you. I can not think of one valid reason why he continues to survive. Perhaps the network is concerned about ratings. I suppose that thought is more comforting for me as I'm still in shock that the unfinished garmet won over yours. For all the reasons that many other designers have been "auf weidersened" Santino seems to elude it. Amazing. Nick I would be more then happy to purchase clothing from you! Keep doing what your doing -- I love your work! And the simple fact that your work has appeared at the SAG awards speaks volumes!

O-Ren said...

Nick - You're the best :) Great success is already in your hands! We love you ^_^

Anonymous said...

I cant believe they picked Santino over you! Didn't they kick Zulema for poor construction and hmm Santnios...WASNT EVEN FINISHED. What hypocrites.

Anonymous said...

Noooooooo!

I can't believe what just happened. There's no way your piece should have been ranked behind that tacky, glued-together, sleeve-falling-off jumpsuit! The only word to describe the judging tonight is "whickety-whack".

All the best with your future endeavors. Your presence on Project Runway will be missed.

i just witnessed the most depressing episode of project runway ever. i thought the one when daniel v. said he was gay was sad because it ruined my chances of making beautiful babies with him, but this, this is just tragic. you are by far my favorite designer. santino is a jerk and he looks like a greasy pirate who needs to get over the fact that he's going bald and just get rid of the ponytail. you're incredible and i know you'll be the next big thing.

Anonymous said...

NO! Nick, I can't believe you won't be at Fashion Week! You are still my favorite and definitely should have been top 3!

Anonymous said...

you've been robbed!!! this was absolutely the most ridiculous decision the judges could have possibly come to. your menswear design was well-done, an innovative take on the traditional suit. absolutely wearable, absolutely lush--a much-needed change in paradigm for men's clothing. the only reason that santino isn't out is because the producers know that he's inevitably going to say something stupid/sensationalist/etc. they'd rather see him make an idiot of himself to garner higher ratings than actually show designers who know what they're doing. oh, and kara's design was absolutely fabulous (sarcasm here). definitely innovative, definitely something we've never seen santino in before: we've never seen him in layers, never seen him in that horrific thrift-store look, etc., etc.

Anonymous said...

Nick I just found your blog, and now it's completely distracting me from doing my homework, naughty! anyway I'm a freshman in college at the university of michigan and I love you, in a strictly platonic way. I think your work is amazing and I wish I could model it myself

tonights episode was terrible. I was really dissapointed in Santino's behavior but obviously you don't need project runway to suceed. If I wasn't a stereotypically broke college student I would beg you to design an entire line for me this summer. Love your work good luck post PR!

Just want you to know Nick that, while I didn't feel this was one of your best deisgns, the idea I agreed with. And even if not your strongest, they still let one of the best designers go (and boy was there a better candidate for the cutting room floor)!

My friends and I have a weekly Project Runway get together where we ALWAYS bake things to make it a tad bit more gay. We were all soooo disappointed when Heidi gave you her Auf Weidersen! Ugh, I hope you become successful in the future, and maybe I'll have you design one of my concert outfits when I become a massive popstar! Love you!

Anonymous said...

I was in tears when they aufed you. You're very talented and deserved to stay. I understand going for ratings (I don't even want to mention his name here; not worth it) but I think the producers are being dishonest and disrespecful. As a viewer, I expect a little more than that. At some point last season, I told a friend of mine that what I liked most about this particular reality show was that, unlike the others, talent was the main force. I was wrong. Congratulations, Nick! Your mother is right; you did more than well, you did fabulously. Good luck, handsome!

its a tragedy! so sad that you're out. :( i was pulling for you, danny v and chloe as my top 3. double sadness. :(

Anonymous said...

nick, i wanted to tell you that tonight my daughter, chloe (who is 9 going on 25) and i were watching project runway together. she became a bonafide fan tonight, and not only that, but watching all you designers "inspired" (her word) her to begin to design an outfit of her own right then and there! she sat "daniel-style" on the floor cutting and sewing a couple of flannel baby blankets to make a skirt and top. unfortunately, her seams held together about as well as santino's did tonight on that gawd-awful jumpsuit he made for poor kara. you looked smashing in your pinstripes, btw! handsome, handsome!

i will certainly miss you on the show. you deserved to be in the top three. i wish you all the best.

Anonymous said...

We love you, Nick! It's reality TV and the best person doesn't win! It's who the producers want to be on the show. The show has lost all credibility by allowing Santino to edge by week after week. This is a ratings contest and not a designers contest.

Still heartbroken that I won't see your designs this year at FashionWeek but I think in a lot of ways it can be better this way - to someday make it to the top your way rather than "the show" way because I would never want you to be branded "the project runway" person because you are so much more than that.

Love, one of the gazillion fans of you as a designer and as a person -

Nick, I just want to say that from the beginning you were my favorite. You have the ability to drape beautifully, a good eye for proportion and, well, you are adorable! You've made me laugh and last night you made me cry. You will be missed from this show. You have a lot of fans. I just so wish you were on the East Coast as I would seriously commission you to make a gowns for me for several upcoming events.

Nick, you are a darling man and talented designer. I hope this show takes your career even farther.

Adding to the "you were robbed" sentiment, I was so sorry to see you "aufed". Totally unfair. The wonderful thing, however, is that we got to see you and your designs and anyone with half a brain can see how talented you are. Oh, and a good person to boot. I can't wait to see what the future holds for you.

I know everybody else is saying it, but I can't help myself. YOU WERE ROBBED! I'm a grown man, but I screamed like a girl when Heidi said you were out. Obviously, you are the Austin Scarlett of season 2 - the talented designer who is sacrificed so the drama queen hack can rant and rave during fashion week. I don't know if I can watch anymore. You were my favorite from the first episode. I hope this exposure has given your career a huge boost and good luck!

Anonymous said...

Sigh. You were my favorite designer on the show and I am very sad that Santino is still there and you aren't!
There are plenty of us out here who think you are an exceptional designer. Honey, don't say things like "maybe someday I will make to fashion week"...because you WILL! Just believe.
Love ya!

voxqueror said...

Nick...a little part of me died when Heidi auf-ed you yesterday. I've always loved what you've designed (including the "vulgar" leaf dress, which I thought was really fantastic looking). Needless to say, you are going on to do great things as your SAG Awards dress clearly indicates. I'll take slightly puckered seams over a self-destructing outfit any day of the week...

Honestly, at least you didn't make a jumpsuit *snort*.

I cried when you were auf'ed and during your interview when you talked about your parents, who no doubt are extremely proud of you, but I am going to put my personal feelings aside because I am trying to take a cold, hard, just-the-facts look at the travesty that was last night's show.

So let's just take an objective look at last night's judging, shall we? What did the judges appear to be basing their decisions on?
1) Does the "new look" look good on the designer?
2) Does the "new look" seem to be something the designer would wear, feels confident and comfortable in, looks pleased to be wearing, but is also somehow BETTER or IMPROVED over what their normal look is like?
3) Is the garment aesthetically pleasing/well executed?
4) Is the designer a good designer in general (I believe the judges always carry over their impressions from previous challenges and have formed general impressions of whether they think the designer is talented or not).

Okay, now let's answer those questions for both Nick and Santino's creations last night:

Kara's Makeover
1) NO! Stupid-ass, whickety whack jumpsuit. Judges made disparaging remarks about who wears a jumpsuit. No judge seemed to think the jumpsuit was a good look.
2) NO! It gave Kara a wedgie/camel toe and was too tight on her ass, which made her extremely self-conscious about showing her ass, which the judges even noted. Not really in keeping with Kara's usual look and certainly not a "better" look over what Kara normally wears.
3) RESOUNDING NO! She could not move in it, it fell apart, whickety whack crap was glued on. Sucked ass.
4) Not really. Santino's been hit or miss all along. He has won two challenges, but he's been on the chopping block much more than that. As Tim Gunn has said, maybe adding all that trim hides mediocre talent in terms of garment construction.

Daniel's makeover
1) Yes. Judges don't say it, but Daniel looks good.
2) Yes. Judges don't ask Daniel if he likes it, or feels comfortable in it (although they did ask that question of many of the other designers), but he does appear to feel comfortable in it and confident and it is a more polished version of what he would normally wear, but also, "still Daniel."
3) No. The judges were clear that they thought the choice of fabric was wrong and that the no pockets, no buttons was a problem. Whatever. Apparently they are able to ignore the fact that this challenge required SOME designers to create menswear for the first time while other people (Santino) got to create womenswear (as usual) for a tall, slender woman (as usual) and failed at is miserably (as usual, with a few exceptions, see above).
4) Yes. Until the flower garment, everything Nick has designed has been well-received by the judges. That's because everything he's done has been well-made, beautiful, creative, and if not a clear win, definitely in the top, and always very, very safe from being auf'ed.

So, gee, Nick gets a score of 3 out of 4 and Santino gets a score of 0 out of 4. And yet, somehow, Santino stays in and Nick is sent home. I am sorry, but Project Runway jumped the shark last night. It was patently obvious that the producers had their say and kept in a "colorful character" over a "talented designer" and I am just sorry that it was Nick. You should've been in the top 3.

Anonymous said...

Nick ... I was among those who cried when they said you were out. :( Despite the seams, I thought your suit was perfect for Daniel and could see him wearing it in Paris or Milan! Is there an unwritten law that men's suits have buttons and pockets?

BTW-your outfit for Sasha Cohen was perfect for the ice.

I'm with Jay and I hope they can Santino!

Keep you spirits up because I think you can go as far as your dreams!

Anonymous said...

Nick!!

You don't need Project Runway, you are the run-away star of the show! You are an amazing, talented designer!

I'm devistated that you are "out". My husband and I were shocked to see it happen. If Santino gets any farther in this competition, PR has lost all credibility with me. He is TERRIBLE!

Keep doing what you are doing. You're amazing!

Much Love!!

Anonymous said...

I've been resisting leaving a comment, 'cuz I don't want to be a fangirl, but let's face it, I totally am. xD

Last night's episode broke my heart. I literally GASPED when they said Santino was in. You deserved to be in the final 4 at the LEAST, but definitely the final 3. And your speech about your parents... oh. So sweet.

But I'm not too worried, as I'm sure you're not, either. You already had a fabulous line before you went on PR, and now you've gotten even more exposure - not to mention tons of people now vehemently arguing your dismissal all across the country this morning. I know you'll be fine, and I can't wait to see your next line.

However, I'm sure you don't need anyone to tell you that you are a truly inspired designer and you will go much further than others on the show (just remember Clay Aikin). Eres increiblemente talentoso y vas a llegar muy lejos. Saludos desde Puerto Rico.

Nick shouldn't have gotten booted last night. No way! Santino is a jerk and has had an exemption pass from day one. Both Kara and Santino should have been booted before Nick. Santino made Karas entire outfit! Yeah Santino won 2 challeneges and Nick won 1 but Nick had to work with that egotistical maniac on 2 Challenges which was basically a forfeit for Nick. NOT FAIR! Michael Kors, Nina Garcia, and Heidi Klum have all been taking tips from the producers. That's the only reason why Santino is there. He did 2 nice garments the first 2 challenges. BIG DEAL! The rest of his work has stunk! That jumpsuit was a disgrace. Nick made an entire suit. Let's see, a few wrinkles on Nicks suit, vs. the entire arm falling off in shreds on Santinos. That's about as bad as Zulema! That jump suit was a piece of garbage, but the judges applaud baby Santino. If I were Kara I would have designed some diapers and a pacifier and sent Santino out on the runway looking more his age. Maybe design a nice baby blanket for the judges to ooo and aah over.

But you went out so gracefully and elegantly.

So sad to see you go last night.
I'm a bit miffed that the judges/producers are keeping Santino around just to see what his Fashion Week show will look like. First Andre, now you! Why are they chopping the really talented designers because of one flawed designed?

Santino continually overcooks his designs and last night's jumpsuit was just tragic! How to make a Kara totally self conscious about her body -- give her a skin hugging outfit, then make it completely shoddy.

I mean, I'm sure Austin Scarlet would have had a devine Fashion Week show, but at least the judges recognized his one-note designs (gowns, gowns, gowns!).

Now with only four left, Santino has to make it to the final three. How dull would it be with just Daniel V, Chloe, and Kara?

Anonymous said...

Nick,
It's the night after and I'm still in a funky state and teary.

I'm so sick of the judges and Michael Kors in particular.

The suit fit Daniel's body well. I could picture him with a men's wallet/pouch to carry. It would have finished the look, and I think it would have been so Daniel.

I really appreciate your eye for beauty and how it translates to the clothes you make. Pursue your passion because the world is definitely in a better place with your designs in it. :)

I'm so sad! You and Dan where my favorite designers on the show. I thought for sure that you would be going to fashion week. Well you're still an amazing designer who always gives what the customer askes. Good luck!!! <33

Unknown said...

Last night, I cried. Even though I am an overly emotional 16 year old girl, I had a reason for crying this time.

I cried over your elimination.

I thought you were by far one of the greatest designers on the show, and I think Kara and Santino both had moment where they should have been gone long before you. And I thought your suit for Dan was fcuking amazing!

Even though you've been eliminated, you're going to move on to bigger and better things. I wish you the best of luck in your future successes. I love you Nick!!!

<33, Alyssa

Ditto that last post. I can't remember the last time I cried over a TV show. It was very emotional for me to see such a great designer leave the show. You really should have been final 3 or 2 if not best. Best wishes for your future.... I'm going to run out and buy the Barbie in honor of the fantastic job you've done!

Unknown said...

Yes, thank you Anonymous! I knew I forgot to say something. My mom promised she would buy me the Barbie lol. I'm seriously gonna put it in a display case or something in my room. I can't wait to get it. I love you Nick!!!

Well, obviously, you don't need to win at Project Runway to be a succesful designer Nick. You are already there. But we will miss you!

David D said...

No matter what happens, you know you Rock! I loved what you said about your parents being proud. We are ALL PROUD OF YOU! Keep designing. And, by the way - I want to see more men's designs so I can buy something!

You are a jewel and show how special you are in how you handled last night with grace. I also appreciate authtenticity. I didn't see you speak with Santino and that was OK. Keep being yourself. Shine on!

Anonymous said...

Nick,
I know that the show was probably taped months ago, but I am absolutely devestated that you were out last night! you deserved to win the whole thing. I am now boycotting Project Runway (along with many other people) because I just can't stand the fakeness. It's all ratings! i just wanted to let you know that I fully am behind any of your future endevours and will look forward to seeing and BUYING all of your clothing in your clothing lines. You rock my socks off, nick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anonymous said...

Nick!
I cried so hard last night when you were out. That was horrible, and wrong. But I love you. Congratulations on the Brenda Strong dress, it was just STUNNING. These other people are right- you handled the episode with so much grace I just admire you so much. I hope to see big things from you (I friggin expect it!) LOVE YOU.

Anonymous said...

Nick, I am sad and furious that you were so obviously robbed last night. However If the fabulous dress you made for Brenda Strong & the press it garnered is any indication you have MADE it boyfriend! Your wonderful designer's eye & fantastic personality have been on display for the world to see & you knocked it out of the park! The "judges" may have not seen the obvious fact that you were head & shoulders above the rest, but we (the women who will flock to buy whatever you make) have seen it & will anxiously await something fabulous from you!

Anonymous said...

i know you have been getting so many comments. you probably dont read all of them and you probably won't read this one but

I think you are an amazing person and an amazing designer. I've like you since the beginning of the season, and was heartbroken to see you leave, especially under such cirumstances. I know it is your dream to have a show in New York, and I really hope that happens for you

This probably sounds really creepy, especially from a 15 year old but I really I meet you some day. Not like "omg i want to like meet a famous person and we can be bffs omg omg" more like just meet you, on the street, in a resturant, whereever. You just seem like a really geniune and nice person who i'd like to talk to

Love,
Anna

hey Nick,
WOW i can not believe you had to leave on the show last night! i was so upsett you were my favorite from the first show! i wanted the boys from 35D to be the final 4! then i had a dream last might that you designed my prom dress, haha! i saw your dress at the sag awards and loved the back, i didnt know it was yours! good luck in all you do!

Anonymous said...

You were my favorite and you'll be missed!

Anonymous said...

I don't know why the judges dogged on you so much...your dress was absolutely beautiful!! I loved the small white flowers sticking out from the bottom. And your garments certainly aren't "vulgar".

Anonymous said...

i cried last night....seriously...you don't need that show anyway...youre too talented

Anonymous said...

Nick -- You were robbed. I'm SO sorry you got auf'ed because I think you're incredibly talented. The judges (or producers as the case may be) were obviously out of their minds. We all love you, Nick!

Anonymous said...

Nick,

You were my absolute favorite designer from the first episode of this season of Project Runway. I was SO incredibly sorry that you were sacrificed so that Santino could continue to torture all of his with his half-assed construction for one more week...

But, enough of that negativity! After watching you work, I know you will go far. I would have loved to have seen your designs walking the runway for Fashion Week, but that just had to be postponed. I'll be keeping my eye on you!

Wishing you all the success and hapiness in the world.

-Stephanie

Just another voice in the sea of disappointment and disapproval... I was shocked and saddened that you didn't make it to the final three. You're so much more talented than Santino... AND Kara!! I think they made a big mistake. But we all know that you're going to do fabulously in the future! We love you, Nick!

Melissa said...

I adore you. Not just your talent and skill, but you. You're my favorite. I'll miss seeing you every week for sure.

Were you robbed? YES. Does this even come close to stopping you from succeeding? HELLZ NAH!

Anonymous said...

I know it's little consolation, but everything you have shown on Project Runway - your talent, your demeanor, your attitude - can only point to a bright future.

I'm sure perspective will kick in later if it hasn't yet, but no one can take anything away from you because you didn't prevail in a hyper-real world. It's a TV show and a contest, with its own set of rules that may or may not resemble reality. What stands out is that in an obnoxious world where so many people have a profound sense of entitlement, you comport yourself with humility and grace through the highs and the lows. You were a joy to watch from challenge to challenge, and while it's true that I don't know you personally and can only guess, you showed an unmistakable, innate sense of goodness that makes anyone - even strangers - proud of you and what you've done.

Rock on, Nick. Even if the fashion world doesn't fall at your feet - and no one's saying that it won't because you are by no means done conquering it - you will almost certainly shine at whatever you do because of the kind of person you are. Best of luck.

Dear Nick,

I loved the My Scene Barbie outfit that you made!! I have a My Scene Doll called "Nollee." I liked a lot of your designs. You were my favorite designer on the show. I have a best friend who thought you were good on the show too.

Sincerely,
Maya (7 years old, 2nd grader)

I'm so sad that you're no longer on the show! You were one of my picks for the top 3. You're so talented that I'm sure your career will skyrocket from here. Happy for you, but sad for Runway. :(

Anonymous said...

So sorry that you were robbed, Nick. They obviously want Santino on for the drama factor. There is no way that he should have made it with the sleeves falling off his ridiculous jumpsuit. You are far more talented.
Keep your head up.. there are 131 people just on this post alone that are rooting for you.
Sincerely,
Stacy

Nick:

I was very upset to hear that you were "out" last night, but all these great comments from people who share my sentiment have warmed my heart. I hope they warm yours. You are definately the Austin Scarlett of this season's Project Runway (the one who leaves to fan's great dismay!).

Your Brenda Strong dress was beautiful; it stood out among all those more famous designers who did dresses for the other "Desperate Housewives." Just as you stand out from the other designers on the show!

I hope to see Nikolaki show at New York Fashion Week soon! Who needs Project Runway?

Nick,
I was so sad to see you eliminated but you are by the far the most talented designer on that show! I love your work and I love your personality! Your amazing!

Nick - so sorry to see you leave. As you can see there is a lot of support for you out here. Unfortunately someone has to go home and although I agree that Santino needs a reality check, I think the last six designers were incredibly talented. This has been a hard season for me to judge - every week someone else is doing something amazing. Hang in there and keep designing. (That's what it's about right?)

Anonymous said...

NNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

I can't believe you're gone!!! You have been my favorite from the very beginning. Every Wednesday night my friend and I would huddle around his TV sitting on the edges of our seats with fingers crossed making silent bargains with God that you would get through. I just can't believe that Santino is still "in". I'm sure that the judges only keep him around for drama purposes. I'm sure that you will go far with your huge talent and your wonderfully sparkling personality. Good luck!!!

Anonymous said...

Nick,
We are so sorry to see you go. You had grown to be our favorite for this season. I thought you would surely win overall. We all falter now and again, but the drive to succeed is what raises us to the top. You have immense talent and don't ever forget it. My wife and I wish you the best in all that is to come.

D

PS. I agree with some of the above posters, that Santino has had a pass on far too many of these challenges. Why that is? Who knows. But Hopefully Chloe or Daniel are able to show that Santino is just a creative mess. Good luck to you again.

Anonymous said...

I agree with so many of the comments here - I always enjoyed the show because it focused more on creativity and talent than on the "reality" factor, but this week made me realize that the producers are manipulating behind the scenes. And it's too bad - because for me Santino does add drama - I truly don't enjoy watching him on the show - he's not a fun villian to watch, just annoying. Plus I watch to see the end results - the outfits, and the process of making them. Santino's creations really aren't inspiring to look at.

And does anyone else think that the two dresses that Santino won the challenges for look VERY similar to each other - extremely similar styles I think.

Going to buy my first barbie doll in 30 years when your design comes out Nick!

Anonymous said...

Nick I hope one day I can save enough money to buy my mom one of your dresses. I have almost 100 dollars from babysitting now. She loves your dresses and was mad you got voted off. She had picked you to win.

Anonymous said...

I was entirely disgusted/apalled with the results of Wednesday night's show. This is the utmost example of keeping contestants on television shows for ratings (i.e. Santino). Not only was Santino's design absolutely heinous, (it reminded me of a jumpsuit that Siegfried & Roy would wear taming tigers!)...it also fell apart on the freaking stage! Anyways, you were my favorite and it's going to be really hard to watch the rest of the show without you...

nick, you were my fave on project runway, and i literally screamed "NOOOOOOOOOOO" for about 20 minutes when they said "nick, you're out." WTF. you are my favorite contestant on PR, and it's a shame that they kicked you off. i will DEFINITELY support your fantastic line.

Nick,
We are so soory to see you leave the show. You and Daniel V. kept us tuned in. Your designs are original and beautiful, you are a great talent. Above all you are a kind, caring soul. We will miss seeing you weekly. I feel as if you have been robbed of a spot in the final 3. We still wish you the best with your future designs.
Take care, and I'm sure your parents are so very proud of you!!

Dearest Nick,
You were and are my favorite from day 1. It was a sad evening this past Wednesday and tears were shed.
I'm still deciding if I plan on watching the show anymore.

Just know that you are a grand talent and have found support in many people.

May your career flourish and your designs worn by all. Thank you for making Wednesday nights a little more interesting.

Good luck with everything. I'll miss your smile and wit.

Me and my 11-year-old daughter cried when you were cut last week. My two boys instantly asked if I wanted to take you off my computer background. No way!! Your sweet personality & talent will get you way farther than Santino. And the show just won't be the same without you. Good luck.

Nick, you are a fabulous designer, a wonderful person and a GORGEOUS man with a HUGE heart. I know you will go far in everything you do. I look forward to seeing you continue to set the world on fire! Your parents are not the only ones who are proud of you.

all the best love xoxo

Nick-
It's soooo true that you were robbed many times this season. I could NOT believe that N. Hilton choose a different dress! Well, then again, if anyone can get away with wearing a dress that adds 50 lbs to her figure it's her. I'm trying my hardest not to be catty!

It's so funny that when I met my husband he was such a homophobe, and I warned him straight away that he had better check himself if he wants to be with me (queen hag), and NOW he get's just as upset as me when he watches Project Runway and his designer doesn't make it. (You were also his fave this season). I sure learned that man.

I have a blogger, but lost the password. I mainly blog on livejournal now. I want you to know that I adore your work, and that you *ARE* just as lovely as the flirty make up artist said in the "make over" episode.

So many people have posted in spanish, what the heck , I'll post in Greek!

Nick, I personnaly LOVED your outfit. i thought it was absolutely beautiful and i loved the tea leaves. your outfit was truly a stunning masterpiece.

Anonymous said...

I'll add my voice to the many others who know you were robbed. Yes, the suit had execution problems, but those were the only problems IMO. I thought the color and look were wonderful, and the judges ought not to have quibbled over the lack of pockets and a button given the ridiculous time constraints you guys were under. So, if you have to choose between an ambitious, well-designed outfit with minor execution problems and a much easier-to-do jumpsuit (not to mention, an UGLY jumpsuit) that doesn't just have minor execution problems, it's falling off the body of the person wearing it...who gets aufed? It's a no-brainer in my opinion, but clearly the judges had no brains that night.

I was more bummed about your elimination than I was about Austin's, because at least Austin got to show at Fashion Week to avoid finale spoilage. Not so for you, and the fact that you didn't get to show, but Santino and Kara did, is really a tragedy.

I salute you, and if you come out with ready-to-wear, I'll be one of the first in line to buy it.
