Actress Piper Perabo wears a black U-neck silk taffeta gown with shoulder bow detail from Oscar De La Renta Spring 2011. The shape is what I call "Mermaid Light"--since it's fitted-but-flared-from-the-knee shape it suggests the Mermaid silhouette but yet since there's no seam at the knee, it really isn't.
