Saturday night, the new Miss Venezuela was crowned. And just like I predicted HERE, it was "Miss Sucre" Irene Esser. She was the favorite to win the crown MONTHS ago. So, it didn't come to anyone's surprise that she won. The winner was known AGES ago--by the press, by the pageant officials, well, even me!. That's not to say that she didn't deserve to win. Irene Esser was, arguably, the most polished, the prettiest, and well-round contestant--to represent the South American nation next year at the Miss Universe Pageant.
