This past Saturday was the Opening Night Gala Party for the 8th Annual "Outstanding Art of Television Costume Design Exhibition" at the FIDM Museum & Galleries, FIDM/Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in downtown Los Angeles.

As an FIDM Alumni--as well as the college's Official Spokesperson--I had the honor of being invited and spending the afternoon doing pre-Opening Party press interviews as well. The Exhibition features 100 costumes from over 20 TV shows, representing 98 Emmy Nominations...

The exhibition salutes television costumes ranging from period to contemporary. It opened TODAY and runs until September 20th. Oh, and yes, it's FREE (we like that!).
