Alicia is the "face" of Louis Vuitton, so it was no surprise that she arrived on the Oscar Red Carpet wearing a custom Louis Vuitton gown by designer Nicolas Ghesquière.

This is obviously a departure from what a Louis Vuitton Ready-To-Wear dress normally looks like as they do not do Red Carpet gowns. This is why a custom designed look was made exclusively for the Oscar nominated actress.

 I love the soft lemon yellow color and the Tea-Length, Hi-Lo hem.  The silver beaded and embroidered detailing is classic "Old Hollywood" and I love how she paired the dress with a very modern silver and Lucite heel shoe.

Her diamond Chandelier earrings were gorgeous too!
