Mandy Moore in Naeem Khan: Mandy Moore wore this midnight blue--almost black silk chiffon gown from Naeem Khan. the gown featured an attached cape, flowing A-line flared gown and plunging neckline (a trend?). I think she looked modern and regal and I LOVED the dramatic cape and subtle thin belted waist.
