It's time for another FABULOUS Fashion Auction, and this time it is HAUTE COUTURE! In the LATEST EPISODE of "The Fashion Daddies", we explore the "Couture Auction of the Century," as it was dubbed by one of the auction houses that organized it, Maurice of Paris. This special auction showcased the incredible Christian Dior Haute Couture archives of Mouna Ayoub, often referred to as the Queen of Couture:

In the PODCAST, we discuss which pieces fetched over $700,000 (!!), including several from the infamous Christian Dior Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2000 "Clochards" (Homeless) Collection. She was a VERY PROLIFIC client of the House of Dior (and especially from John Galliano's collections for the fashion house) who ordered hundreds of designs, some costing near the $50,000+ range.
